What we can help with

Corrections to an entry, a note that a property has changed or closed, suggestions for hotels that fit one of the four categories, and questions about how the index is put together. If you represent a hotel and something we have written is out of date, tell us what changed and we will amend it.

What we cannot help with

We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation, confirm rates or availability, or pass a request on to a hotel. We hold no booking system of any kind, so anything to do with a stay has to go to the property itself.

Response times

This is a small editorial project, so replies can take a few days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
